Extracts the input payload map from a concrete machina FSM instance (#195).

Falls back to the wide map — not never — for non-FSM types and for any: tooling (machina-test’s walkAll) derives config types from this, and the wide map is what keeps the untyped path’s config shape unchanged. The 0 extends 1 & TFsm clause detects any, which would otherwise take both conditional branches and produce a useless union.
